It is The Auto World sales policy that if a customer requests a vehicle to be held or taken off the market pending bank or finance approval. That such vehicle will be taken off the market and not be available for sale to anyone else. We will only accept a minimum of $1,000 non-refundable deposit unless we are unsuccessful to acquire financing to such customer and then and only then we will refund deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy.
