So first off and foremost I want to make this clear about this review. I never leave reviews for anyone or anything, never really seen the point. This however is different. I am also leaving this review days after my purchase, and not because I was asked or told to. I am doing this on my own accord.
Pressure free purchasing experience, didn't bother us while we were looking the vehicle over. I noticed it had a faint odor of fuel during my inspection. I still preceded with buying it because the vehicle is otherwise in good condition. I brought up my concern, and he (the owner) negotiated the price. I appreciated that. I've had alot of experience with many different types of salespeople and what I can say about him is that he is very experienced, and cares about serving his customers, being transparent with all steps of the process, answering any questions my fiance or I had, and is polite and patient. All of that is very appreciated. But what happened after the purchase is the reason why I'm leaving this long story of a review.
As I mentioned earlier the vehicle had a smell of fuel during my inspection. I took it my a local GM dealership to have it inspected. I was told that the entire fuel sending unit was rusted out, causing the gas tank to not seeing properly. Roughly an $1150 repair bill. Was not thrilled about it but I knew it needed work, gave consent to start the repair, the next day I woke up to a voice-mail from GM saying they dropped the tank, and it was worse than they thought, it also needed new tank straps and fuel lines to the point where I was shooting fuel out of my tank. The final damage came out to over $1500 in repairs.
I called Jeff back, told him my situation. I asked if he could help, NOT PAY IT ALL but just... help.... and he did the unprecedented. He stepped up, and he helped pay a portion of my repair bill, AFTER I BOUGHT IT.. I want to be clear. There was no deception from this dealer. I bought this vehicle knowing it needed work.. and this man still after the deal. Stepped forward to help a customer. And that, is value in character. That, is priceless. Show me another dealer, salesperson, organization that would go to those lengths AFTER THE SALE, to help someone who needed it.
And due to all of this. I would highly recommend this place. That is good business. There's not enough people anymore like that.

Where do I begin.... Jeff and his crew are top notch! The car buying experience can be a rough one especially if you go to a bigger lot and deal with a pushy salesman. Jeff is the complete opposite. He listens to you he understands what you want and he tries to work with you to get in the vehicle that you want to get into. Right now is a tough time to buy a vehicle but it makes it so much easier when you're dealing with somebody that's very kind, honest and understanding. I strongly suggest before you make the big deal on a car at another lot check his lot out to see if he can get you into something at a better cost. He doesn't make it feel like you're wasting his time or yours. He understands it's a lot of money going into an investment. I highly recommend The Auto World!!!!

i've bought several cars, mainly private, but i do have dealership experience. if you came here thinking this was going to be a bad review about a place you should stay away from, stop reading. this place is fan-freaking-tastic.
i made an appointment in the morning, came in, and there was jeff, the owner, ready to help us look at the car. its a small dealership, too; just a little front office with a couch, a couple chairs for you plus two or so, and jeff's desk. immediately, he was inviting and friendly, and didn't try too hard to come off strong. his attitude was just right.
when we were finally ready to look at the car, he didn't shy away from me looking under the hood, checking the fluids, checking tire tread, checking for rust, anything. He also answered every single question i had about the car itself (as well as his dealership experience in the past). the test drive itself went fine, and any inquiries i had about the history of the car were answered without hesitation.

I found the 2010 GMC Acadia online on cargurus.com, then I went to his dealer website and read more on the car of my dreams! My husband was in contact with Jeff for me since he’s more car savvy. Jeff was super nice and personable, replies in a quick and timely manner, and will answer your barrage of questions. We were so skeptical of buying a used car again because last year we bought a major lemon from Trailcreek Motors that broke down after driving it 4 times, but reading all the reviews Jeff has on different sites (many of them from out of state too!) our minds were put at ease.
We LOVE our new vehicle! Thank you Jeff! You were worth the 2 hour drive and we appreciate that you filled the gas tank for us!

Hubby spent weeks looking for just the right truck. he was willing to travel a couple hours away... and did so frequently. Each time we were disappointed, as the dealerships would not accurately depict the condition of the trucks.

I've been saving up for a car all summer. My previous car was one I bought in high school. I was slightly nervous buying from someone I didn't know and also a brand I wasn't to familiar with. Jeff was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions truthfully. Not to mention I got a heck of a deal. He also wasn't pushy which allowed me to take a few days to make a confident decision. After I purchased the car, I took it to a mechanic to have them look it over. They didn't find anything except a bolt somewhere that needed adjusted and they said the car mechanically was in very good condition. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I would hands down recommend The Auto World to anyone I know that is searching for a used car. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Jeff in the last 9 months. The first vehicle was a van for my wife. Jeff was more than helpful in showing me options and deciding the best option for my family. Jeff isn't your normal used car salesman. He doesn't disappear after you have purchased the car and has gone above and beyond to help me solve any issues I have had with the van by recommending mechanics, searching for parts on his own, and helping navigate the warranty. I would highly recommend the warranty as you are buying a used car, and though Jeff finds out as much as he can about the car, it is still a used vehicle, and the insurance is well worth the upfront cost. When I decided to purchase a car for myself, I was naturally drawn back to checking his website daily and decided to stop back in to have him help me find what I was looking for. Again, I have not been disappointed. He found me something above and beyond what I was looking for and made it an easy and painless process. I look forward to purchasing future vehicles from here again. Jeff Kirchner went out of his way to help my wife and sister-in-law purchase a used 2006 Saturn Vue. At first I was a bit concerned about buying a car long distance ( we live in West Virginia) Jeff walked them through financing and sent the paperwork overnight letter package. The ladies drove up to Indiana to pick up the car and it was above and beyond customer service. Jeff filled the gas tank and had the car washed and the interior sparkling. We were looking to buy a car for our daughter in college, looking for reliability in particular. The Auto World had just what we were looking for at a great price. I confused some car specifications I had been looking at and thought his vehicle had cruise control, but it didn't. Even though it was my mistake, he split the cost with us of installing cruise control. He also heard a noise in the front (after we bought it) and replaced bearings and brake pads to make sure the car was in good shape. Our only issue was that we had to wait several hours to buy our vehicle because three other people were also buying at the same time on a busy Saturday afternoon. And we still think it is worth five stars overall!

My son and I drove 2 hours one-way to look at one of the cars at this dealer. We felt that they were honest, upfront, and professional. When I told them that I was very interested in the car, yet had to drive 2 hours just to come see it - they respectfully held it from sale until we got there as we were the first to call on it and express serious interest. They were fair when discussing the price and we went home with the car that we wanted that was fair for both us and them. I am so impressed with this dealer that I plan to purchase other vehicles from them when I am in need. Warranties are also available with purchase for added care and security. Jeff is the best! Did most of this online or over the phone. Super easy! The Saturn was the first auto I saved when I started looking. And the only one I continued to save. We just bought a car from this place and I can't say enough good things. The car is fantastic and they not only stayed late for me to arrive but they also gave me a terrific deal. I found the owner to be honest and trustworthy which is hard to find anymore. The have 90 day warranties on all of their used cars which to me speaks volumes. I would definitely buy from them again and will make sure everyone knows it's well worth a visit!

We truly believe that Jeff was an answer to our prayers! We were in the market for 2 used cars around or under 100,000 miles. Just wanted to trade in my van that was on its way to scrap heap. My son and I went to this dealer looking for a first car for him to drive. The owner himself, Jeff, helped us! He greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. He showed us a couple of SUVs and we test drove two. He was very honest about the two and knew a lot about the engines. We didn't need to go anywhere else! I was having problems finding the truck I was looking for, and had some friends refer me to Jeff at The Auto World. I wasn't expecting a lot since I had been going to dealerships for over 8 months, and they would write down what I was looking for, but NEVER got a call from any of them. Jeff did the same, wrote down my desired truck. The thing that shocked me, was about 6 days later, he called me to make sure I was still looking, I said I was. He then sent alot of pictures from his phone to make sure I would be happy. I purchased the truck, and to top it off, he saved me almost $2,000 dollars off what I was told by everyone else I would most likely pay for it!
